About Me
My name is Sandra Rivas. I was born in October 7th 1990 in California.
I am currently an animation student attending a state university.
I have had my art featured in The Many Voices Art Show and Carnival at Dark Art Show both hosted by Diana Levin, Dumm Comics, the Frederator Website, Channel 101, and the CSUN Art Galleries Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition.
I was awarded 3 CSUN Animation Faculty Awards, one by John McIntyre (Powerpuff Girls, Dextar’s Lab, Flapjack) and another by Disney artist Raymond Shenusay, and the 2012 William Kazsa Award.
I am currently working for John Kricfalusi, the Ren & Stimpy guy and longtime idol who gave me my first break. I helped work on the Stussy Commercial. I am forever grateful~
I love cartoons, crazy cool art styles, comedy, creativity, cats, going for walks, being active, ice-cream, old films, graphic novels, books, my family, and my friends.
