*Who/what are you influenced by?*
John Kricfalusi (my idol), Danny Antonucci, Bob Clampett, Bryan Arnett, Quino, Bill Watterson, Al Hirschfeld, Fred Moore, Katie Rice, Genndy Tartakovsky, Preston Blair, Marc Davis, Sandra Equihua & Jorge Gutierrez, Fred Crippen, Chris Sanders, Ben Bocquelet, Mike and Tim Rauch (The Rauch Brothers), Scott Wills, Bill Wray, Mary Blair, Milt Kahl, Hanna-Barbara, Brittney Lee, Eric Goldberg, Jamie Hewlett, a lot of my talented art friends (too many to name), old stylized cartoons 50s/60s, funny TV shows, action comics, cats, and so much more~
*How did you gain your style? What’s your secret?*
I started off by studying off Preston Blair’s Advanced Animation book. Then I studied and analyzed from my favorite artists until I understood and absorbed their styles. I also force myself to draw everyday, at least a sketchbook page per day. It took a lot of practice and patience.
